After a long hiatus, The Better Half is fired up to make our first appearance of the year at the Las Vetas Lounge right in the heart of downtown Fairfield on Friday May 15th from 8-11pm. Las Vetas Lounge is a Fairfield treasure, with an easy rock-n-roll vibe, great food (sandwiches, salads, and desserts) and the best coffee/ hot chocolate in town. If you want alcohol there is a BYOB policy with a $5 corking fee. We will be playing a mix of acoustic and electric music, including favorites from Bonnie Raitt, Van Morrison, Linda Ronstadt, Sublime, Grateful Dead, Beatles, Joni Mitchell, Dylan, Petty, and a whole bunch more.
This marks our first outing with our new band member - the very talented Mike Dougherty on bass/vocals!
